Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders over 500฿ within Thailand.
For orders under 500฿, a flat shipping fee of 60฿ applies.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
All orders are sent via either Thailand Post, Kerry Express or J&T express.
Shipping time might vary depending on destination, but should arrive between 7 to 15 days.

Where possible we will email and contact you with a tracking number.
For international orders shipping costs will be calculated by our team depending on country of destination and order quantity, For international shipping enquires please contact our sales team on info@siambotanicals.com
If items are returned due to an incorrect address entered during the order process by the customer, we will contact you via email to confirm the item has been returned by our courier. A fee of 200 Baht will apply to re ship the items to the correct address.
