Refund and Returns Policy

Siam Botanicals want you to be entirely satisfied with our products. Our team will check all products before sending.

Unused & unopened items: If you receive your product(s) and they are incorrect then return them to us within 3 working days for a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email at info@siambotanicals.com that you are returning the item(s).

Please ensure you put your order reference on the package.

Unused products are to be returned to:No.12 Soi Chaloemphrakiat Ratchakan Thi 9, Soi 48,
Sub Soi 10, Dokmai, Prawet, Bangkok,
Kingdom of Thailand

If a product(s) is found to have been opened or used, then no refund will be given.

Faulty Items: If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at info@siambotanicals.com we will arrange an exchange/refund. Unfortunately, we cannot receive any claims after 3 days of you receiving your order.

Returned Parcels/Incorrect address: If you entered a wrong address when ordering and your parcel is returned to us, a fee of 200 THB for shipping and handling will apply for us to resend your order. If you prefer to have your order refunded instead of shipped again, a 200 THB handling/admin fee will be deducted from the refund value.

Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the returned products and the refund will be paid into your account used to make the initial purchase.
