Amyris Essential Oil

Amyris Balsamifera

This essential oil is steam distilled from the bark of the Amyris Balsamifera tree. It has a sweet, woody aroma and is often used in aromatherapy and perfumery. It is native to Haiti and was often used here for its calming and sensual qualities. It can also help to ease tired, sore muscles and has antiseptic properties.
