Plai oil comes from the roots of Plai, which is a member of the ginger family and has long been a key ingredient in Thai massage therapies. It is highly regarded for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties. The oil has a cooling effect on inflamed areas and, when combined with lemongrass, both uplifts and soothes. An excellent jet-lag remedy.
